"Zara was just wonderful to work with throughout the process of finding an apartment to rent in the Lake View area! She was super flexible and accommodating to me moving from out of town and was happy to help in any way, including going in person to showings while video chatting with us. Couldn’t recommend her more!"

"We had a great experience working with Zara while relocating to Chicago from overseas. From the beginning, she used a dedicated apartment-search platform to curate listings that closely matched our family’s needs and preferences. Since we were not able to visit the apartments in person, one of our biggest concerns was not being able to fully understand the condition of the unit and the building. Zara personally conducted detailed video tours of both the unit and the amenities, which helped address many of our concerns, including some negative reviews we had seen online. Even though we never met in person and communicated entirely through email and messaging, Zara was consistently kind, responsive, and trustworthy. As the process continued, we became much more comfortable making such an important decision remotely. What impressed us most was that her support did not end once the lease was signed. She continued to carefully help us with the move-in process, including coordinating with building management and guiding us through the required procedures. At first, we were quite nervous about signing a lease from overseas without seeing the apartment ourselves, but Zara earned our trust throughout the process and gave us a great deal of peace of mind. I would highly recommend her to anyone relocating to Chicago from abroad, especially families with children who may want to secure a home before arriving."
